What personal information we collect and why we collect them

The Theroyalbee.pl website does not automatically collect any sensitive information within the meaning of Article 9 (1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe (2016/679) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), nor does it make it available to third parties. For the basic operation of the online store, we collect the necessary data needed to process your order: name, surname, telephone number, email address and delivery address. The customer has the right to access their data and correct them. The providing of data is voluntary, yet necessary to use the service.

What procedures we have in place in the case of a data privacy breach

If we discover a hack and/or data leak, we are obliged to inform the affected parties by email or in writing.

Comments

When a visitor leaves a comment, we collect the data you see on the comment form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser signature to help us detect spam.
