RETURNS

 

The return can be made within 14 days. To return your order, please inform us first by sending a completed return form to hello@theroyalbee.pl.

The cost of returning the goods to the store is borne by the buyer.

COMPLAINTS

 

In case of discrepancy of the goods with the contract or if the product has manufacturing defects, the buyer should send back the goods together with a description of discrepancy or defects.

If the complaint is accepted, we will replace the faulty product with a defect-free one or remove the defect.

If the repair or replacement of the goods is impossible, after consultation with the buyer - we will return the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer another solution.

 

Print out and fill in our complaint form.

The complaint will be processed within 14 days.

We will inform you by e-mail or phone how we will resolve the complaint.
